Happy Thanksgiving

Turkey's on. So far I have stuck my hand in the rear end of the HUGE bird, cleaned out access fat, neck and EWWW two hearts. I made stuffing, and even stuffed it into the bird. Diced potatoes, turnip, and cauliflower to be cooked closer to the dinner bell.

Clint and Liam are on their way from Courtney, they should arrive at 3 or so. I can't wait for the Turkey smell that surrounds your nostrols, and leftovers, ohhh how I love turkey leftovers.

Its fun cooking with Gram, she's a great teacher, very patient with me. Grandpa just sits in the living room watching sports, he won't come near the kitchen till its time.
