A Long Journey to Ft Lauderdale
Novemeber 11, started at about 8am, we were up and about, packing up the few things that we had thrown around from the 2 day stay in Orlando. We went down to the lobby to check out, and to fetch a cab to take us to the train station. We wanted to be there for 915, as our train was supposed to be leaving a small town called Kissimmee Florida at 955am. We arrived there after a small detour through Orlando, because it was Rememberence Day, so there was a parade we had to dodge. It didn't help that our cab driver had no idea where the train station was. Finely we arrive. Auntie Linda went in to check in, while I inhaled the nicotine from my american cigerette. Turned out our train was late, 3 hours late. We were pissed, but desided to make the best of it, by watching the parade and eating some breakfist. When we got back to the train, we found out it wasn't going to leave now untill 3pm. so we strolled around the tiniest town untill we had been in each shop a dozen times. The train arived at 3pm 5hours late, which meant we wouldn't get into Ft Lauderdale till almost 9pm. After a long train ride we arrived in Ft Lauderdale to find our ride had neglected to be there to pick us up, I guess we were 5 hours late. After an 80 dollar cab ride we made it our 2nd destination.
